Can I Refund My Order?

Can I Exchange?
Exchanges are only an exception in the case of receiving a damaged or defective product. Exchanges are done by the discretion of the Tropixx Team. If in the event you receive a damaged/defective product please send an email to info@tropixxbeauty.com, along with a photo attached of the damaged/defective product. You will receive an email within 24-72 hours confirming if the request for exchange has been accepted or denied by the Tropixx team.
In cases where the exchange has been granted, instructions on how to return the product will be provided. Postage and shipping is solely the responsibility of the customer.
What Are Your Processing Times?
Some orders are made to order. Please allow 1-3 business day for processing your order, plus shipping time.
What Are Your Hours OF Service?
Our online store is 24hrs. All orders are packed and shipped Monday – Saturdays. Customer service email info@tropixxbeauty.com will respond to inquiries within 24-72 hours, Monday to Saturday between 8am-4pm.

All products are handmade with natural ingredients and preservatives. Ingredients are listed on the product page. There may be slight variations in each item due to the handmade manufacturing process. Please review ingredients prior to purchase if there are any allergy concerns. Please test a small area before use. If irritation occurs discontinue use immediately. If irritation persists seek attention from a medical professional. Tropixx Beauty will not be liable for any injury or damages that may occur.

Shipping Returns/Refusals?
Please ensure address is correct including all necessary information. Failure to do so will result in the shipping carrier to return your order. If your order is returned, you will be responsible for a re-ship fee. Original shipping is non refundable. You will also be charged a restock fee for returned parcels of 15% where applicable.
